【產品介紹】HER3 / ErbB3 is a member of the
ErbB/EGF receptor protein tyrosine kinase family
(1,2). Tyrosine phosphorylation of HER3/ErbB3 depends on
its association with other ErbB tyrosine kinases
(3). Phosphorylation sites in the carboxy-terminal
tail mediate downstream signaling pathways. HER3 / ErbB3
is highly expressed in many cancer cells, and it may
work together with other Erb members in tumorigenesis
and proliferation (4, 5).Recommended Applications

(cat. #3871-1). Cells were either (A) untreated (B)
treated with Neuregulin. Specificity
A phospho specific peptide corresponding to
residues surrounding Tyrosine 1222 of human HER3 / ErbB3
was used as an immunogen. This antibody only detects
HER3 / ErbB3 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 1222. |
